Today I'm sharing another project using the Turtle Friends bundle. This is the card that was sent out to customers that placed an order or subscribed to Paper Pumpkin during the month of May. I'm sure there's no such thing as pink turtles, and definitely not pink turtles with cheetah-print shells. But, I still think she's pretty cute. The shell is from our pattern paper and glued right on top of the stamped shell. Paper piecing is a fun idea … [Read more...] about May Thank You

Do You Die Cut?
I love the way our stamped images look cut out, but I don't always love to cut them out with scissors. Hand cutting it with scissors can take so much time. One of my favorite tools that I use ALL the time is our die cut machine. And even better, we have two different machines to choose from. We have our full size machine, perfect for die cutting, embossing, etc. And, we have a brand new Mini machine. The Mini machine looks just like the … [Read more...] about Do You Die Cut?
Turtle Friends
I just can’t resist a cute critter. Every time a new catalog comes out, I tell myself I don’t need more animal stamps. Yet, here we are. I’m the new owner of Turtle Friends. Today’s card keeps the spotlight on this adorable critter. I used Soft Succulent ink and stamped it on the matching color card stock. I tried a couple other greens, but I think this color is my favorite. It really turned out to be a great color for this little guy. I … [Read more...] about Turtle Friends

More Peaches Please
Today I have two more You're a Peach projects to share with you... the mini jam jar and a 3x3" card. Yes, that is one tiny card. These are nice for tucking into a gift bag to go with a gift. And with the small size, you can keep the note on the inside very short. Okay, let's talk about these mini jam jars. These are seriously just the cutest little things. They are food safe and I've heard they hold about a quarter cup of liquid or cream. … [Read more...] about More Peaches Please
Sweet Peaches
Do you ever have a weekend where you feel like you actually got a lot accomplished off the to-do list? I felt that way Sunday evening... got lots of little chores around the house done this weekend. Plus, major accomplishment, I finally started tackling the disaster that is my garage. When we had our slab leak last year, the garage became the default catch-all place for boxes when they came back from storage. I worked really hard last year to get … [Read more...] about Sweet Peaches
Peachy Day
It's finally Friday. Hooray! One of the first things I ordered from the brand new Catalog is the You're a Peach Suite. Oh my goodness, the stamps, dies, and the pattern paper in this Suite are so pretty. It's actually kind of funny, that I didn't pick one of the gorgeous flower papers to share first. But I really love the simplicity of this card. This card uses one of our brand new In Colors, Pale Papaya for the card base, ribbon, and … [Read more...] about Peachy Day
So Many Flowers
I'm still playing with the Flowers of Friendship stamp set. Anytime we have a stamp set and punch combo, I'm probably going to buy it. I love my die cuts, but the punch is so quick and easy to work with. The punch cuts out both sizes of flowers and leaves. Cutting out all these flowers and leaves was so quick. You'll notice that there is no sentiment on this card. Sometimes, the better placement for a sentiment is the inside of the card. … [Read more...] about So Many Flowers
