Welcome to our NEW AT SU! Blog hop! We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world who are Hoppin’ with creative paper crafting ideas to share with you. Today we are showcasing products from the retiring 2019-20 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog. One of my all-time favorite stamp sets, Abstract Impressions is retiring this year. I've used this one a number of times. In fact, I've used this one so much that all the stamps in the … [Read more...] about New At SU – Abstract Impressions
Happy late Mother's Day to all the moms, grandmas, aunt's, fur-baby moms, stepmoms, and all the amazing women out there taking care of others. I was lucky to spend the day with my kids and we had a lovely, relaxing day. Here's my mom and I from a few months ago at Walt Disney World. Feels like it's been years since we were there. For Mother's Day, we did a social-distancing drive by with her and enjoyed some time with her. The … [Read more...] about Happy Belated Mother’s Day
Today's card uses the Best Dressed Suite again. I'm telling you, this is one fabulous Suite. I love the pattern paper. The images are over-the-top girly and I love the sentiments in this stamp set, specially this one. Kindness is always in style. It doesn't take much to be kind to people and it's something we should strive for on a daily basis. I love the perfume bottle in the stamp set. It reminds me of those expensive bottles you see in … [Read more...] about Be Good Humans
I'm not a girly-girl. But I do love my purses. One of my favorite designers is Kate Spade. I love the fun and funky styles she designed. I don't a current count on how many purses I have, but I think of them as an accessory that should match your current mood or ensemble... just like your shoes or jewelry. Purses come in all different shapes, sizes, and colors. Just like this adorable pattern paper from the Best Dressed Suite. This sweet … [Read more...] about Hello Fabulous!
Do you every start playing with some crafty stuff and then realize the you've now made half a dozen things? I'm still playing with the Ornate Garden Suite and having so much fun with this gorgeous pattern paper. Today's card is all about the pattern paper. It is just beautiful. I absolutely love the mix of colors and flowers. Plus those die cut frames are so intricate and beautiful. Unfortunately, there is no die to match the small … [Read more...] about Ornate Garden Once Again
April's Paper Pumpkin was all about Family. This kit made four each of two different cards. I love the bright Spring-y colors in the cards. We've had so much rain the last couple months, I definitely ready for a nice warm Spring. One thing I'm not sure about in this kit is the bottom card. The directions show that you attach the leaf branch over the top of the words. So, that's what I did. But now you can't read what it says. Seems a … [Read more...] about April Paper Pumpkin
Last week I shared that you can purchase the Ornate Garden Suite, which is a sneak peak from the upcoming new Annual Catalog. I think my favorite item in the Suite is the incredibly detailed frame dies. Just look at the one below... So very pretty. My flowers are colored using my Stampin Blends markers. For the darker yellow flowers, I used both Daffodil Delight and Mango Melody to color them. Using both gives it a nice orangey-yellow … [Read more...] about Ornate Garden
We're now a little more than a month in to self-isolation at home. All my plumbing and home repairs are done, all the furniture is back, and almost every box is now unpacked (except for my curio cabinet). All the boxes in my craft room are unpacked and I still have a few piles of stuff I'm debating what to do with. As I unpacked boxes, I figured it was the best time to sort through things once more and start another donation pile. The longer … [Read more...] about Save The World By Doing Nothing
