Merry… Christmas?
What? Too soon? I know, I've raced by Fall and I'm now on to Christmas. Actually, not really. It's just this one card. I found one very similar to this on Stampin Up's Facebook group and I love the simplicity of it. This uses the tree rings from the Rings of Love pattern paper, which I cut out. Then I stamped the leaves and die cut more leaves and the berry springs to go with it. The Rings of Love paper is one of the free Sale-a-bration … [Read more...] about Merry… Christmas?
Happy New Year!
On Wednesday I shared that fabulous treat holder with the mini coffee cups and box. I ended up with some extra bits when making the treat holder, so I turned my leftovers into cards. Here is the first card using up the things I used to decorate the coffee cup. I added the gorgeous pinecone paper as my background and it pairs so well with the pinecone stamps. My second card used up some of the label pieces and strips of pattern paper … [Read more...] about Happy New Year!

Even though Christmas has passed, I still have a couple things to share to for the end of the July-December Catalog. First up is this adorable treat holder box and goodies. The gold polka-dotted box makes the perfect little tray to hold a couple sweet treats. This box just fits the plastic 3 x 3" clear boxes along with the Mini Coffee Cups. I decorated the clear box with a wrap around the outside. I used the Warm Wraps die to cut the band … [Read more...] about Friends Like You
Merry
I was at a local craft store not too long ago and came across these inexpensive wood frames in their discount bin. I thought they'd be great for crafting. I wanted to keep this simple so I left the frame the natural wood rather than painting it. I cut my pattern paper to fit the inside of the frame. I do find with inexpensive frames like this, you really want to cut to fit it as they tend not to be a standard measurement. The green pattern … [Read more...] about Merry
One More Snowy Village
As I was working on my Ornament for the post this past Wednesday, I kept getting these beautiful backgrounds behind the trees. But with the ornament and Cloche Domes, you couldn't see much of the sky in the background. Today's card shows that gorgeous background and you can see more of the forest behind the village. What's amazing is that all the backgrounds that I made have a color variation in them so they are all slightly different. To … [Read more...] about One More Snowy Village
Snowy Village
I'm back today with another project using the classic Cloche stamp set. I love the tiny snowy village in this stamp set.. the serene look of the tiny houses all blanketed with snow. That gorgeous pattern paper is from the Peaceful Place Suite along with the matching Subtle Shimmer Sequins. The sequins are not self-adhesive, but they are so pretty and so worth the effort to glue them down individually. I used this card for my September … [Read more...] about Snowy Village
Christmas Cloche
I love snow globes. The magic of watching the glitter and sparklers swirl around in the water. It just makes the snowy village so magical. Today I have a project using the Cloche stamp set and dies. Oh my goodness. I love any cute birdies in this stamp set. I love that there are also die that cut out the birds so I don't have to. This is a quick and easy version of a card using this stamp set. The background is stamped on the card base … [Read more...] about Christmas Cloche
