I don't know about you, but 2024 felt a lot like 2020 with changes and uncertainty. I've had some big personal changes this last year. And I'm really looking forward to things settling down for 2025. Here in the US, our Thanksgiving Holiday is tomorrow. If you watch TV or do anything online, you're probably seeing a ton of ads celebrating Black Friday and this weekend's sales. Pink Hydrangeas
Happy Friday! This past Wednesday, I shared a beautiful card using the Hydrangea Hill Suite of products. You can see that card here. I really liked the design of the card, but wanted to do a different version. Using one of the pattern papers as inspiration, I recreated the card in pinks. This or That?
Sometimes when I'm working on a card, I can't make a decision on how I want it to look. For this card, I really wanted to use the new gilded flakes product. To adhere the gilded flakes, I used my adhesive sheet on top of the card stock, then die cut out the word "just", peel up the adhesive backing, and add the gilded flakes. This is definitely one of those "hidden gem" stamp sets. I've made a few cards using several of the images and I can't wait to make more.
