I am back to the Joyful Life stamp set today. This adorable hedgehog has a giant bowl of cranberries. Maybe she's planning on making cranberry bread. That would be perfect for the Holidays. You might notice that the bowl and the apron are actually pattern paper. It is super easy to paper-piece images like this that have nice straight lines. All you need to do is stamp the image on the pattern paper, cut it out, and glue it on top of the … [Read more...] about A Little Something For Your Friday

Friends Like You…
Make life a joy! The Joyful Life stamp set is one of those hidden gems in the back of the Holiday Catalog. The images so cute but there is no matching die or punch to coordinate. I know a lot of people will pass this up just because it doesn't have matching dies. But don't let that stop you from getting this set. This set has the cutest critter stamps. I just love the bear and bunny taking the bike out for spin among the Fall leaves. This … [Read more...] about Friends Like You…
Christmas In A Jar
This past Monday, I shared my Halloween in a jar. You can see that post here. Today, it's Christmas! To make this jar, you will need the items on the supply list below and our fine-tip glue. I'll give you a quick run down on how to assemble this. Start by stamping and die cutting all your pieces for the inside of the jar. You will need one house and two of the smaller trees. Kits Restock
This has been the state of my work table the last month. I've been super busy restocking all my past Sampler kits. I've restocked about 10 kits and have four more to go. Yes, I keep the kits stocked up the entire year so you can purchase them whenever you need it. If you're interested in any of my past kits, just search … [Read more...] about Kits Restock
Boo!
Somehow I managed to stock up on our mini jam jars so I really need to get creative with some different uses for them. The jars are 2" tall by 2.5" wide so whatever I was going to make needed to be tiny. A few months ago, I jumped on the tiered tray bandwagon. This is basically a tray that has multiple layers, usually two or sometimes three, and you decorate them with little seasonal items. Usually the decor is crafty-type handmade items. … [Read more...] about Boo!
Pretty Pillowbox
When a new Catalog comes out, I'm always looking for new packaging ideas. I'm not sure how I missed this one, considering it's near the very front of the July-December Catalog. Possibly because it's in with a Christmas Suite of products and I hadn't really started looking at the Holiday stuff yet. The pillbox die is a larger die and it does not fit in our Mini die cut machine. You'll need a full size die cut machine for this one. The … [Read more...] about Pretty Pillowbox
September Paper Pumpkin-Harvest Haunts
September's Paper Pumpkin kit is almost always going to be some kind of treat holder since Halloween is around the corner. In past years, the kit has been very definitely Halloween. But the last two years or so, the kits have been more generic in that they could be either Fall or Halloween. I love this versatility. This September's kit offered the same option of Fall or Halloween. This kit makes 12 treat holders in four different colors. We … [Read more...] about September Paper Pumpkin-Harvest Haunts
