Today, I am sharing a Christmas ornament made from the Classic Chloche bundle. This time, I used the Cloche domes to make a shaker. Those sequins are so pretty!
To make this ornament, I stamped the snowy village and die cut a bunch of the trees from the set. I watercolored the trees using two different green colors. The trees are layered with dimensionals and the village on top with the snow drift.
The shaker domes are so much fun and so easy to work with. The domes have a lip around them and it has adhesive on both the top and bottom so they stay in place so easy. For this ornament, I die cut two of the scallop rectangles. The back side is just simply the rectangle. The ribbon hanger is glued between the two layers.
Originally, I made the ornaments without the gold leaf but decided they needed just a little something more. The gold leaf helps fill in some of the empty space and really gives the ornament a little something extra.
The label on the front is to add the year for the ornament. I’ve been making Holiday ornaments for a close group of friends for the last decade. I hope they love this year’s ornaments as much as I enjoyed making them.

Beautiful Christmas ornament. I love the way you have created the scene inside the shaker dome. The Gold flakes add a wonderful accent.
