A couple years ago, I made this stand to hold a small Spring wreath. And every year when the Holidays roll around, I think to myself "hey, I should make a Winter wreath". Well, I finally got around to it this year. The wood wreath is from a local craft store. I used the Sprig punch from the Holiday catalog to make all the greenery, using four different colors of green. The Sprig punch has been super popular and has been in and out of stock for … [Read more...] about Merry Wreath
November Paper Pumpkin
I will admit that when Paper Pumpkin was first released, the kits were ok. Not incredible, but definitely ok. Well, the kits have come a long way in the five years we've had them and I think this year has been the best collection of kits yet. Every month is better than the prior one. And the amount of supplies and projects you get is incredible for the cost, which is $19.95 per month including the shipping. November's Paper Pumpkin kit … [Read more...] about November Paper Pumpkin
November Thank You
The Spirited Snowman stamp set was one of those stamp sets that I just couldn’t wait to purchase, but never got around to using until now. I can’t believe these little cuties have been wasting away in my “to be used” pile for so long. I dug it out of my Holiday Catalog supplies and promised myself I would use it right away. And then it sat there another two weeks. Sheesh. Well, no more! I finally got around to using this adorable set and I’m … [Read more...] about November Thank You
October Thank You
The end of the year is quickly approaching and I’m behind in getting some projects posted before the Holiday Catalog ends. Today’s card is the thank you that I sent to customers that made a purchase from me in October, either online or at an in person event. I also sent this one out to my October Paper Pumpkin subscribers as well since it had been a while since I’d thanked them for their subscription. I really do appreciate my customers. I know … [Read more...] about October Thank You
Tis the Season
For gift-giving! When the kids were little, they would sometimes need Holiday treats to pass out at school. Our elementary school had a rule that all treats had to be individually packaged and store bought - nothing homemade and bagged by us (for allergy purposes). I always liked to dress up the treats. I never wanted to just pass out a bag of candy. Today's treat holder uses the Making Spirits Bright bundle (stamp set and … [Read more...] about Tis the Season

A Little Merry
One of my favorite things to make around the Holidays is gift holders. I realize I could save myself a lot of time and buy gift bags and boxes at the store, but where is the fun in doing that? My favorite gift holder from the Catalog is our Mini Pizza boxes. These boxes can fit so many different small gifts, like gift cards, jewelry, chocolate, or cash. To decorate these boxes, I make a "belly band". The belly band wraps around the center of … [Read more...] about A Little Merry
