Peace & Joy
The Holidays are swiftly approaching. That's right, they are right around the corner. Don't blink or you'll miss them. Now it's time to get those Holiday cards made. I've been working on some quick and easy Holiday card ideas to make your card-marking go smoothly and quickly this year. This card uses the Peace & Joy stamp from the Christmas Traditions Punch Box. The Punch Box is an excellent value, containing a stamp set, a … [Read more...] about Peace & Joy
A Little Merry
One of my favorite things to make around the Holidays is gift holders. I realize I could save myself a lot of time and buy gift bags and boxes at the store, but where is the fun in doing that? My favorite gift holder from the Catalog is our Mini Pizza boxes. These boxes can fit so many different small gifts, like gift cards, jewelry, chocolate, or cash. To decorate these boxes, I make a "belly band". The belly band wraps around the center of … [Read more...] about A Little Merry
I Survived OnStage
I flew home from OnStage yesterday very, very, very early. If you've never flown out of Orlando, then you have not experienced one of the most busiest airports in the world. Any transport service you use to get to the airport recommends a pick-up at least three hours prior to flight time to give sufficient time for check-in and security. Blending Your Blends
For the last couple of OnStage events, I’ve taken small boxes of treats to share with other Demonstrators. I give these to old friends and new friends I’ve made this trip. They aren’t meant to be a swap that I’m trading to get something in return. Instead, these are given to lots of different people, to Stampin Up employees that may have helped me with something or people who were just extra nice. The boxes are our Pizza boxes and these are a … [Read more...] about Blending Your Blends
September Thank You’s
Yay, me! I managed to get my September Thank You cards out relatively early this month. I delayed posting the card so my customers that received one of these would get to see it first. This card uses the Country Lane Suite. This stamp set is a great choice when you want to practice your coloring with our Blends markers. The shading that you do with the flowers and leaves gives added depth to the image. You probably noticed there is no … [Read more...] about September Thank You’s
October Thank You Cards
I’m definitely more on the ball getting my October Customer Thank You cards made and in the mail. I had them done by November 1st this time. I usually wait until the beginning of the next month to make them so I know exactly how many to make. And then I get caught up making new things for the next month and the Thank Yous take a little longer to finish up. I really try to make this a unique card that will not be used in a future class or as a … [Read more...] about October Thank You Cards
