Last month, I traveled to Salt Lake City for Stampin’ Up’s OnStage Event. OnStage is the new name for our Demonstrator Convention. These events are always so much fun. This time, it was just Lyndi and I going. Unfortunately, Margo had a pup emergency at home and had to cancel at the last minute. We really missed having her along. We usually fly in the day before so we have a chance to get settled before all the craziness starts. And this gives us … [Read more...] about OnStage Recap

Painted Harvest
Well, I made it home from OnStage yesterday. I can’t believe it’s over already. It's weeks of planning and then everything whizzes by in blur. We are up early in the morning and we go to bed very late. I am exhausted. One of the best parts of OnStage is getting to meet up with friends from around the Country that you usually only see at these events. I wanted to have a little something for these ladies. I knew the mini pizza boxes would be … [Read more...] about Painted Harvest
The Little Barn Boutique
This past Sunday, I had a table at the Little Barn Boutique. I love doing these kinds of events because it allows me to show off all the wonderful things you can make with Stampin up products. Here are some closer shots of the items in my booth. So many cute things!I love how the table turned out this time. I splurged and bought matching wire baskets for this show. I think it really made a difference, everything coordinated … [Read more...] about The Little Barn Boutique
You’re Cool, Dad
This past Saturday, I was a vendor at the Just Crop Retreat again. I so enjoy working these events and seeing the ladies every few weeks. On Friday, I shared one of the two make & takes that I offered here. Today I have my second make & take for you, which uses the Cool Treats Suite of products. The Cool Treats Stamp Set and Frozen Treats framelit dies will be around for another year. However, the Tasty Treats designer paper is on the … [Read more...] about You’re Cool, Dad
Roadtrip Recap
Last Friday, the four of us hit the road for Phoenix. It's a long story, but we ended up having to take the Camaro. :) Yep, we fit the four of us and our luggage in the Camaro. Amazing! Probably not the best decision to take a car that gets only 12 miles to the gallon. But, our options were limited. At least it gave us a chance to stop at gas stations and stretch our legs (have you seen how small the backseat is in a Camaro?). At one … [Read more...] about Roadtrip Recap
OnStage – Phoenix
Today we leave for OnStage in Phoenix. This is a one day event put on by Stampin Up for active Demonstrators. You’re probably wondering why we take the time and trouble to attend a one day event six hours away from us. Honestly, there is nothing like these events to inspire and motivate me. I love attending Stampin Up events. Saturday’s event will be filled with business tips, stamping presentations, and recognition for various achievements. … [Read more...] about OnStage – Phoenix
Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer
Recently, I was at the local store and saw a distressed wooden reindeer plaque. I thought they were cute, but had no idea how to decorate it. Moving down the aisle, I came across a bucket of plastic lightbulbs. Then the wheels started turning... For this project, you'll need one reindeer plaque, a plastic pretend lightbulb, a short string of led lights, red paint, a power drill, and a hot glue gun. The led lights should have a battery pack … [Read more...] about Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer
Holiday Boutique Recap
This past Friday and Saturday was the Holiday Boutique that we've been prepping for the last number of weeks. I still have a couple projects from the booth that I haven't shared yet and will get to those soon. In the meantime, here are the pictures of the booth set-up. There were five of us making cards and products for the booth. We did end up with a wide variety of items. This was our wall of cards. Such an awesome idea to string them up like … [Read more...] about Holiday Boutique Recap
