Every year, I make ornaments for an amazing group of friends. I usually make a snow globe ornament with a winter scene inside. This year I used the Fluffy Squirrel stamp set to feature inside my snow globe. I've been making ornaments for more than 10 years now. Here are a bunch of them that I've made through the years. These are a lot of fun to make although I realized this year that it is a bit of a challenge to come up with something new … [Read more...] about Annual Ornament

Finished!
Last week, I shared a project that I was working on, an advent calendar that is a village of tiny houses. I was able to finish all the decorations on my tiny village over the weekend. I added a lot of snow to the village, both to the rooftops and to the ground. I used almost a half a bottle of glue on the snow. You can see a close up view of the snow on the village below. I found some miniature deer and wreaths that I added as well. … [Read more...] about Finished!

Queen Of Unfinished Projects
Yep, that's me. Every Christmas Holiday, I have a list of things I want to make and it usually takes me longer than I anticipate to complete each project. I bought this particular item back in August and it's been sitting on my counter waiting to be decorated. I started working on it right after Thanksgiving weekend and was able to decorate most of it. But then ran out of time to complete it. And there it still sits on my counter, waiting … [Read more...] about Queen Of Unfinished Projects
Once Last Delivery!
I really like using these little frames to make small home decor pieces. I can use them by themselves or group it with some other small decor pieces or add it to my tiered tray. There are so many places I can use these. I love how the bunny is in such a hurry, the cards are flying out the back of his truck. I promise, this is the last Jolly Delivery project I'm posting... at least for this week. I have really enjoyed using this Suite, but it … [Read more...] about Once Last Delivery!
Happy Halloween!
Last month, I shared a framed Halloween project. You can see it below. I really like this project, but it was time consuming to make since I stamped and colored the animals in it. I knew I could make a version of this that would be quicker and easier to replicate. The pattern paper in the Spooky Sweet Suite included a sheet of the characters already colored. This made it so much easier to put this together. Now that we've made it to … [Read more...] about Happy Halloween!
Mini Magnet Board
Since we're approaching Back To School days, I thought it would be fun to make a mini magnet board. I found some mini metal hanging signs that are approximately 4 x 8" at a local craft store. The signs themselves were very plain and just had "welcome" stamped across them. I knew that they could be fabulous with a little bit of pattern paper added to them. I added the gray card stock first. Than each of the pattern paper strips centered in … [Read more...] about Mini Magnet Board
Paper Bouquet
I love our kits and I love seeing how they can be re-imagined. I bought the Paper Bouquet for my own use. I had originally planned to use it just as designed, flowers in a vase. I had this basket from a local craft store and I had no idea what I was going to do with it. Then I thought it might be fun to do something a little different with the bouquet. This basket uses about a third of the flowers in the kit so I have plenty leftover for … [Read more...] about Paper Bouquet
