Today's card is a make & take from a recent retreat that I worked at. This uses the stamp set Timeless Tulips and coordinating Tulip punch. I love how this card turned out. I used some of the Lily Impressions pattern paper in the background. To color the tulip, I used the baby-wipe technique. This is a fun technique and it turns out different every time. We're now half way through March and Easter isn't that far off. No, really. I figured there's no time like the present, getting started on those Easter treats. Today's project is a matchbook treat holder. I couldn't decide what color to use, so I made this in both the blue and the purple. Paris Is Always A Good Idea
I can't tell you how excited I was to see the new Parisian Blossoms Suite in the Spring Catalog. Paris is one of my absolute favorite Cities. Sending Flowers
One of the fabulous Coordinating Products released in February is the Sending Flowers Die set. I ordered the die thinking "oh that little circle of flowers will be cute". And then it shows up and it's H-U-G-E. Oh my goodness! This circle of flowers is super cute and it takes up most of the front of card. So I did two different things with this die so I could layer it.
