Found this card idea online, too. I believe on Stampin Up's Pinterest page. This was one of those sets in the catalog that I had to have. Each Season, I redecorate our Mantle. It may seem like a lot of work, but it's really not. Over time, I've made the pennant banners using (at the time) current Stampin Up papers and supplies.
