Snowman Season

Last night was our monthly Downline Meeting. I love getting together with these ladies every month. This was a fun meeting because I was able to share all the new goodies from OnStage last weekend. We have so many new products coming in January – it’s always so exciting.

Every month when we get together we make cards and trade them. It’s a fun way to get more ideas for projects. And we all enjoy making new things. This month’s swap theme was Holidays/Winter and this is what I came up with.

When I have a really bold pattern paper, I like to tone it down with a layer of vellum over it. You can still see the pretty pattern but it’s muted just enough that the layers on top stand out. This is the first time I had a chance to use those adorable scarves and hats in the Let It Snow Embellishment Kit. The Kit also includes mittens too and they come in four different colors (red, green, pink, and blue). They are just the cutest accessory for these snowmen. The heart on top of the scarf is from an older punch, the cookie cutter punch.
