Even though I work full time, I still enjoy the long lazy days of summer. Not having to follow-up on homework and tests and projects takes so much stress of my shoulders. Sure, we still have summer camps and soccer and summer reading, but it’s still a relief to have a break from the daily grind. It’s like a breath of fresh air.
Speaking of fresh… the recent Color Revamp that Stampin Up did is amazing. All those fabulous new color combinations are amazing. One of my current favorite colors is Soft Sea Foam. It’s a super light green. I used Soft Sea Foam for a water color wash on the background of my card and for the card base as well.
The flowers from the Pop of Petals stamp set are so easy to put together. Stamp a few, punch them out, and then layer together. The sequins are self-adhesive. I love these! No more have to glue them down with my fine-tip glue pen.
