Hey Friend!

Happy Friday! Today’s card uses the Sweet Symmetry Suite of products. This stamp set and paper contains big, bold images that look fabulous in bright colors. The stamp set in this Suite was designed very thoughtfully. All of the flower pieces are separate – the flowers, leaves, and stem. This makes it so much easier to create your flower in a variety of colors.

The stamp set has a coordinating punch rather than a die set so I did have to hand cut my flower for the card. Fortunately, the flower was not difficult to hand cut. The punch is the leaf stem below and it punches two at the same time.

I added my flower at a wonky angle to balance out the gold Bumblebee. Oh my goodness, I did not know how cute these bees would be in person. They are absolutely adorable and they are easily glued down with a glue dot. I’m definitely adding more of these to my next order.

The pattern paper on today’s card all comes from the Sweet Symmetry paper pack and it is on sale this month. Our paper packs tend to have bold patterns on one side and more subtle patterns on the reverse so you have lots of options.
