As I was cleaning off my desk, I came across one little leftover dinosaur. He says his invite to the party got lost in the mail. However, the postal truck with a bite taken out of it and the piles of mail scattered on the ground tell a different story. Regardless, he was left behind. Darn.
So, he’s missed out on all the fun this week. And he’s a little embarrassed that he missed out on the drab-to-fab makeover too so he’s hiding in the bushes. 
Sorry, buddy. Next time don’t eat the mail man when he’s delivering your party invitation.
This card was really quick to put together. It’s based off my dino-mite party card from Wednesday, which you can see here. But instead of all the wonderful party goodies, I added some greenery from the Eclectic Layers dies. The greenery and T-Rex are layered together and glued down. The “missing you” is stamped and punched out. Here’s a tip when gluing down greenery like this: don’t glue down every individual leaf. This gives the card some added dimension because you can see all the separate layers.
I hope you enjoyed my T-Rexes and their adventures. If you’ve loved these little guys, you definitely need to get the Pieces & Patterns stamp set. It does not have coordinating dies, but you can easily cut out the images yourself. I’m not going to sneak peak next week’s posts just yet. They are going to be a surprise… mostly because I haven’t finished up next week’s projects yet. But I do know they’ll be fabulous.
