Eastern Palace Suite

Today I have a sneak peak of a new Suite of Products that will be released in the new Annual Catalog, which starts in just two weeks. Usually, I wouldn’t share something this early that you can’t buy yet. But, this Suite of products is actually available for you to purchase now. And wow! This Suite is an amazing bundle of goodies.

The Eastern Palace Bundle is available in two different size Kits: Starter and Premier. These two bundles are the only way to get three of the new In Color Ink Pads early. The Starter Kit is $60.50 and comes with the following products (Item #147196):

  • Eastern Beauty Photopolymer Stamp Set
  • Eastern Palace Specialty Designer Series Paper
  • Eastern Gold Vinyl Stickers
  • Lemon Lime Twist Classic Stampin’ Pad (new In Color!) Tranquil Tide Classic Stampin’ Pad (new In Color!) Fresh Fig Classic Stampin’ Pad (new In Color!)

The Premier Kit is $103.50 and comes with the following products (Item #147207):

Supply List

The difference in the bundles is the Premier kit includes everything in the Starter Kit plus the coordinating card stock, mini tassels, and the framelits set. And, the Premier kit comes with two free gifts instead of just the one free gift. Today’s card uses a mix of new products from the Premier Bundle. Actually, it uses a ton of products from the new kit: the paper, the stamp set, tassels, dies, and card stock..

I realize the Premier kit is more expensive, but you are going to want these dies. They make so many different combinations of cuts. I used two of the different star dies to create my flowers. I was able to cut with both dies at the same time because they nestle together. I’m working on some other combinations of die cuts and will share another time.
17-5-14The dies can be nested together to create so many different looks. Here’s a tip when you’re cutting out more than one die at a time: use washi tape to hold the dies in place as you roll them through your Big Shot. The washi tape easily peels off and does not leave a sticky residue. The flower centers are the Gold Vinyl stickers.
I’m sure you’re wondering, why buy the bundle? Once the Catalog goes live, the bundles will no longer be available. So, you’ll miss out on your free gifts. And you’ll have to wait until the New Catalog goes live before you can get your hands on these goodies. And, it’s so much easier to buy a bundle with one Item number instead of buying ten different items and then realizing you forgot something, like the stamp set. Doh!

Funny story… I actually had decided not to purchase either of these bundles. I didn’t think they were my style. Then I started seeing more and more ideas online using the products, the sumptuous patterns on the paper, the cute tassels. And I saw another demonstrator had mixed and matched the dies into dozens of different combinations to get so many different looks. Then I remembered the free gifts. If I bought the bundle now, I’d get the freebies. Remember, you don’t get the free gifts if you wait until the Catalog goes live to purchase these products (you can still order those products individually, but you’ll have to pay for them). And, Stampin Up made it so easy to order the products by bundling everything together into one item.

Retirement List: Oh my goodness, we are down to the last two weeks of the 2016-17 Annual Catalog. So many great products will be retired to that great craft shelf in the sky. If you see something you want, do not wait to purchase it. Some of the items are already sold out. And we are now to the point where the Stamp sets are also while supplies last. So many cute things are going away for good. If you click on the Order Online button on the upper right-hand corner, it will take you to my online store so you can place your order immediately.
