Happy Monday! Today I'm sharing February's Sampler kit - Book Club! A couple years ago, a girlfriend and I decided we should start a book club with our friends since we were already recommending books to each other. Most of us have similar tastes in books, but it's been fun being exposed to authors we may not have heard of previously. We've read some really good books in the last couple years. The best part is getting together every month to … [Read more...] about February Sampler-Book Club

January Paper Pumpkin-Lovely Lavender
Oh my goodness! The January Paper Pumpkin kit is just stunning. I love the two different cards in the kit and the tag is so cute. I know I say this every month, but these cards get better with every kit. This kit coordinates with the Perennial Lavender Suite in the January-April Catalog. Usually, I will go ahead and make up the entire kit when I receive it so I don't end up with stacks of uncompleted kits. However, this time I made only one … [Read more...] about January Paper Pumpkin-Lovely Lavender
January Magnet Stand-Bee Mine
Hot off the presses and just in time for Valentine's, January's Magnet stand kit is called Bee Mine. This Bee from the Stampin Up Valentine's Suite is so stinkin' cute. I love his happy little smile. The Bee Mine Suite is in the brand new January-April Stampin Up Catalog. The Bee stamp set comes with a coordinating punch to cut out the bee body, wings, and mini hearts shown below. The nice thing about the wing portion is that it is heart … [Read more...] about January Magnet Stand-Bee Mine
January Sampler-Mardi Gras
Mardi Gras is right around the corner. I know it's not a widely celebrated Holiday, but after having gone to New Orleans a couple years ago, I thought this would be a fun theme for a sampler kit. For this kit, I added in some extras like the feathers on the mask and the bead necklaces. I don't normally add 3D items like this, but I lucked out finding just the right things. Several people have asked what I do with the samplers. I use … [Read more...] about January Sampler-Mardi Gras
December Paper Pumpkin-All The Best
December Paper Pumpkin's kit is designed for gift-giving. The Kit includes one of our clear boxes that you can use to give the gift of a pack of cards. Below, I have samples of each of the three cards and the gift box with the cards inside. I love the bright Springy florals and happy colors. I made up a bunch of these cards using a variety of past Paper Pumpkin stamp sets that had "thank you" in them. And then used them for my Holiday thank … [Read more...] about December Paper Pumpkin-All The Best
December Sampler-The Grinch
I know I've already done sampler kits featuring the Holidays, but I couldn't help doing one more Holiday version.. The Grinch! The Grinch kit features his dog Max dressed as a reindeer, just like in the cartoon. Plus the Grinch himself is stealing an ornament. Several people have asked what I do with the samplers. I use them as home decor pieces in my home. I change it out every month seasonally. Several customers have used them in … [Read more...] about December Sampler-The Grinch
