I’ve been trying to make a conscious effort to keep my studio less cluttered and to get things put away when I’m done with them. So, when I finish project, I get all the stamps put back in their box, all the dies and punches put away in their home as well.
Occasionally, I end up with stamped leftover pieces or cut/punched paper. Sometimes I’m tempted to just toss them. It’s just paper which is so inexpensive. Sometimes, I think, that’s just too pretty to toss and I need to save it for something. So I’ll put the pieces of pattern paper back in the package with the whole sheets and the stamped images in the box with the stamps.
This time I decided I was going to go ahead and use them immediately rather than set them aside for later. I used a bunch of these left-over flowers on my February Customer Thank You cards. This helped me get those cards made quickly and in the mail.
If you missed out getting the February Customer Thank You card, you still have time to get on the list to get the March card. Just make a purchase online in my shop, subscribe to Paper Pumpkin through me, or contact me to help you place your order.
