Today, I’m joining The What’s New at Stampin Up Blog Hop. We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world who are Hoppin’ with exciting ideas to share with you. Today we are featuring products from the Peaceful Poppies Suite in the Occasions Catalog. You’ll get to see a lot of fun new ideas using the same stamps.
For my card today, I used the stamp with the row of poppies from the set. To fill the entire width of the card, I stamped the row twice. To make sure I was perfectly in line, I used my stamparatus for this. Since the stamping plates in our stamparatus are moveable, it makes it so easy to stamp a row of something. I just moved my plate down three notches and the spacing was pretty good, but there was just a small gap. I did find that if I also shifted my cardstock down .25” along with moving the plate three notches, that was the best result. You really can’t even tell where the image starts and stops again.
I added a few of the Poppy Sequins across the top of the flowers for a little extra sparkle. The sequins aren’t self-adhesive so I used my fine-tip glue to adhere them.
This Suite has been very popular. And by purchasing the entire Suite, you can earn two FREE Sale-A-Bration items. Add in some adhesive or ink pads, and you’ll qualify for three FREE Sale-A-Bration items plus our usual Host Benefits. What a deal!
I hope you enjoyed today’s project. If you have any questions about the pattern or how to put all this together, just let me know.
