Last Friday, I shared pictures from our recent OnStage event. But I realized I forgot to include pictures of our Make & Takes. Yes, even though the event was virtual, Stampin Up had Make & Takes for us if we wanted to purchase an add-on craft kit for our OnStage event. This was such a great idea. Those that didn’t care for the kit, didn’t have to purchase it. And those that wanted it, could.
Of course, I bought the add-on kit. The kit included a stamp set, dies, pattern paper, ribbon, and embellishments. Can’t miss out on getting new products early. These are the three projects they designed for us.
You’re probably wondering.. how do you do make & takes with a virtual event? It was so easy. They sent us all the info on the paper and ink colors in advance and measurements we needed for the various pieces of paper so we had all that cut and ready to go when it was the make & take time.
Then during that segment, they showed us the projects and how to make them. We made ours right along with the Stampin Up person doing the demonstration online. They were moving kind of quick so we had to work quickly too. But, if you weren’t able to keep up, they posted pictures of the completed projects after that segment of the online program.
I love that Stampin Up was able to give us some crafty time during our virtual event. That’s always been one of my favorite parts of our conventions – having the chance to play with brand new products that haven’t been released yet.
Wednesday I’ll be back to sharing more great things from our July-December Catalog which is ending January 3rd. Our Last Chance List has already posted online. Remember, items are while supplies last and some items are already selling out. Click on the Shop button on the right to take you to my online store now.
