The Holiday Boutique is finally here. It starts this afternoon and continues all day Saturday. I have been a crazy crafting fiend lately. After all the long hours I’ve put into creating products for the booth, I am so thankful that I wasn’t the only person creating products. Making one of something doesn’t take a lot of time. But making a dozen or even several dozen of something takes hours. And hours.
Several weeks ago, I shared my Fall wreath that I have hanging in my house. I promised at the time that since I had a ton of leaves left over from that wreath that I would share another project using more of these same leaves. I had plenty of leaves to make seven of these mini Fall wreaths for the Holiday Boutique booth. Each wreath is slightly different. Some wreaths have more orange and some have more yellow. And I still have a pile of leaves left over!
As I’ve mentioned previously, this is my first time doing a Holiday Boutique like this. I am amazed by those of you that do a number of these every year. I cannot fathom how much time it must take to create products for multiple boutiques. And, I am so thankful to my Downline that pitched in and made stuff! Lots of stuff! Thank you to Poli, Lyndi, Margo, and Chrissy for going along with my crazy ideas and pitching in making stuff for our booth. I’ll share pictures of the booth next week and a few more products that I made for it.
If you’re local to Orange County or plan to be in the area this weekend, you should stop by the Holiday Boutique at El Toro High School either tonight 4-9 pm or tomorrow 9-4 pm. If you saw something here that you missed out on in the booth because it was sold out, let me know. I do take custom orders.
Have you seen the special for October? This is the perfect time to stock up on your favorite pattern papers.
