Stampin Up released the Harvest Home kit a couple months ago and I finally had a chance to start the kit. This kit makes a Fall garland that’s approximately 5.5′ long. You will need a hot glue gun to assemble this kit.
The kit comes with dozens of leaves in about 10 colors. It also comes with a dozen acorns to sprinkle throughout the banner. After you punch out all the leaves from the sheets, you will want to fold the leaves in half to add some depth to them.
The leaves are hot glued individually to the brown twine. There is no specific order to adding the leaves. According to the picture in the kit, the leaves are grouped together pretty closely. If you’re not sure about spacing, you can always go back and add in any left over leaves. Or use any extra leaves on other projects.
I can’t wait to finish this up and add it to my mantle!
