Today I’m sharing some Project Life Pages that I made using the new Host Set Iconic Occasions. This set works really well for Project Life pages since the images are small and the fonts are easy to read. I think they really fit with the whole “quick and easy” style of scrapbooking. Here is my first Project Life page using the baby images. So quick and easy to do this. Just trim your Whisper White card stock to the correct size and stamp. I added in the sequins from the sequin trim rolls. I’m not too worried about the sequins falling out of the pocket. If I lose a couple, it’s not a big deal. I cut a piece of the Foil Designer Acetate to fit the pocket, then punched the heart to be centered on us. 
I had to dig these pictures out of the archives. They were taken right after we brought him home from the hospital. This little cutie is now almost 17 and 6′ tall. He was such an easy-going baby. He’s a pretty great teenager too. (It’s those toddler years… oh my! Parents of boys know exactly what I’m talking about.)
This next page was made using the same stamp set but with far more recent pictures from this past October. My daughter has an Instax camera and they print mini poloroid type pictures. You have to shake them to activate them and wait patiently for the picture to appear. We have found the pictures are far better on bright sunny days. This particular day was slightly overcast and that’s why they appear more muted. 
You can just barely see all the stamped hearts on the card in the upper left corner. The Instax pictures are small. If you’re using these prints too, you’ll want to be sure to mount them onto your pocket cards so they stay exactly where you want them. My assistant Frannie loves to pose for pictures but you can see she’s wearing her leash in these pictures. Frannie is a door-darter – and she is quick. She’ll run for all she’s worth before you know it.
I made both of these pages for the Display Boards at OnStage this past November. I still have just a couple more things to share from the Display Boards and will wrap those up in the next week or so.
