For each OnStage event, I like to make a little gift for the ladies in my downline group that are attending. They get a little box with some goodies in it that will add a little something to their day. I like to use our mini pizza boxes because they are fairly sturdy and travel well. They are also just the right size for a few small goodies. This time the box included a lip balm, a package of cashews, chocolates, and some page flags.
I used the Gold Pizza Boxes from the Holiday Catalog. The pattern paper isn’t actually glued to the box. This way, they can slide the paper off and then put it back on later. I put the seam on the front side of the box because it can be hidden behind the circle on the front.
I also make bag tags for their convention tote bags. One side is the OnStage Event Logo and date. The backside has their name, their phone number, and the location of the OnStage that they went to. This time, we split up into three different groups and went to three different locations. In a Convention of 1000+ people, the bag tag helps them recognize their bag should they set it on the floor somewhere. The reason I include their phone number on the tag is just in case they misplace it so that whomever finds their bag can call them.
I know it isn’t much, but I hope the ladies enjoyed their little OnStage care package. I love making a little something for them. It’s so much fun to see them open up their care packages and enjoy their goodies.
