Last week at our Downline Meeting, we spent our time making Halloween Treats for our local Ronald MacDonald House. We’ve been doing this for several years now. We try to have treats for the house for most of the major holidays. We haven’t had as much time the past couple months, but we make the effort when we can.My downline, Poli usually designs our project and very often provides the paper supplies to be used for the treats. This treat holder is based off my matchbook treat holder than I shared here.
This month’s project had super simple stamping but cutting out all those witch hats sure took some time.
If you’re looking for a cause that you can support, I definitely recommend the Ronald MacDonald House Charities. These houses provide amazing support for families while their children are seeking medical care for devastating illnesses. The Houses always need people to help with cooking, crafting, and lots of other duties as well. All you have to do is call your local House and tell them you want to volunteer. It’s that simple. Do you own the Stamparatus? If so, you’re going to want to check out our brand new accessories for it. We have a couple new products designed to give you more use from this product. We have grid paper which is specially sized to fit the Stamparatus. This ensures that your paper is straight before you stamp on it. Extra plates for when you have those really big projects that use a lot of stamps. And an extra foam mat to give you better results when you use photopolymer stamps.
