I love making thank you cards for my customers every month and sending them out to my customers. I am grateful every single time that they chose me as their Stampin Up Demonstrator.
In December, I had a couple customers that placed more than one order. Rather than sending them two of the same card, I made a slightly different card and those that made two purchases received one of each card.
For the background on this card, I stamped the poppy image repeatedly to fill in some of the space. I love the look of tone-on-tone stamping. You can still see the image, but it’s definitely more subtle.
The poppy flower is inked using my Stampin Write markers. This is done by coloring the stamp itself. I colored the stems with Old Olive and the two flowers with Poppy Parade. Then I apply the stamp to my paper and voila – two-color stamping.
The sentiment is added at the bottom of the card. I love this sentiment because life really is better with our friends. They support us and cheer us on when we need it. They bring us joy. Be a good friend to someone today. And send them a card while you’re thinking about it!
