Or a couple years. I love that feature on Facebook that reminds you to share your memories again. It really shows just how much things can change. Or maybe stay the same. Yesterday I had about 10 memories come up, which is quite a few for one day. And they all centered on one thing: my daughter’s birthday.
It was really amazing to see how much she’s changed through the years. Here she is on her last five birthdays, from 10 years old to fourteen. Oh my goodness! She has grown.
I am amazed seeing the difference from 10 to 14. She still has that sweet smile, and now she’s maturing into quite a young lady. I still think of her as my little princess, but she’s probably more comfortable in her soccer boots than a crown. She is quite the force on a soccer field.
Here is the card that I made for her this year – princess crown and all. 🙂
And those large number dies are perfect for shouting out someone’s age.
