At our Downline Meeting last Thursday, we made treats for the local Ronald McDonald House. I love that we do this regularly for them. This is a simple way we can support them using our talents.
Our treat holders are usually different every month. Poli does the design of the projects and we all get together to make them. She found the idea for these adorable boxes on Pinterest and they were really easy to put together. The reindeer is from the Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set, which has a coordinating punch. We made about 36 of them in a variety of colors. Then we filled them with a couple bags of candy.
If you’re looking for a way to give back, contact your local Ronald MacDonald House and ask how you can help. The houses are always looking for volunteers for a variety of different tasks. If you have time to donate, they would love your help too.
The Year End Sales Event is still going on and you can get a good deal on some stamps. Items on the retirement/clearance list are while supplies last ONLY. Don’t wait if there is something you really wanted to get.
