Thoughtful Blooms

Two of my favorite items from the Sale-A-Bration Catalog have been the Thoughtful Blooms stamp and matching Bloom Punch. The Thoughtful Blooms stamp set is free with a $50 (pre-tax/shipping) order and the Bloom Punch is free with a $100 (pre-tax/shipping) order. The punch is on the pricier side, considering how much you have to spend to get it, but I have thoroughly enjoyed using it. And it makes cards like this one so much easier to make. Today’s card has the greenery stamped directly on the white card stock And all the flowers are added using dimensionals. To get a nice arrangement with the colors, I started with one of each color in the center. Then I added a second of the same color, and then a third of each color, making sure I was forming a triangle with my placement.

I used the Metallic Twine and Sequins combo pack also from the Sale-A-Bration Catalog. The sequins are individually glued down for my flower centers. And the bright striped pattern paper is from the Pleased as Punch pattern paper pack. This is one of the brand new coordinating products just released a few days ago. Lots of bright, fun Spring-y colors in this pack of paper.
