Every month, when I receive my tracking information I get excited that a new kit is on the way. I do my best to avoid seeing any spoilers before I receive my box. It’s exciting seeing that surprise for the first time. It’s just like opening a present from Stampin Up every month.
February’s kit was a set of heart-shaped Valentine’s cards made. perfect for getting a few quick Valentine’s cards made. I love the option of both the pink and cream cards. And those pink and old foil envelopes are so pretty.
This month, we had the option to buy an add-on to coordinate with the existing kit – the Mini Treat Boxes, which you can see below. You can add these boxes to your Stampin Up order as long as you’re a current Paper Pumpkin subscriber.
I’ve seen so many different ideas with the heart shaped cards. One really popular option is to cut the cards apart and use the individual hearts on cards, scrapbook pages, or even banners. I actually used up all my cards just like the kit intended so I wasn’t able to make any alternative projects this time.
If you missed out on getting February’s kit, you still have time to sign up to get March’s kit. You can see a hint of that kit here.
