I’m sure you think that all of us Stampin Up Demonstrators are whizzes when it comes to matching colors. But, just like everyone else, we get stuck on what colors we should pair together when we want to try something new.
One of the amazing templates that Stampin Up provides to us is a Color Coach. If you need it, it’s there online and you just print it out. Since we are getting a Color Revamp with the start of the new Catalog in June, Stampin Up updated the online Color Coach with all the new incoming colors. The current Color Coach I have is on a big ring and I can easy flip through the colors. At the CentreStage dinner at the recent OnStage, they showed a sample of what it would look like in our Memories & More Pocket Album. And let me tell you, it looks stunning!
Here is the first page in the album. The top image is 4 x 6″ and it is what the brand new color families will look like starting in June. The two bottom images are 3 x 4″. The one on the left is a piece of the actual card stock. The one on the right is the “Color Coach”, which recommends different color combinations that will look pleasing with the color on the left. This is pages two and three in the album. The top image on page two is the two different In Color families for 2018-2020 and 2017-2019. And then the colors continue at the bottom of this page and then on through the album. Here are two pages in the middle so you can get an idea of what it looks like. All the color swatches are on the left and the Coaches are all on the right.I actually made this Color Coach for one of my Downline that recently had a birthday. I personalized her cover with her name. On the spine, it says Color Coach so she’ll always be able to find it on her shelf. To be honest, I was just going to put my new Color Coach on a ring, just like my old one. However, this album turned out so amazing, I think I’ll be making one for myself too. Right after I order another blank album and more inserts. If you want to make one of these for yourself, you will need four packs of the 6 x 8″ inserts so you will have enough of the correct style. You will also need one package of each of the different Color Family card stock packs (Neutrals, Brights, Regals, Subtles, and the 2018-2020 In Colors – the 2017-19 In Colors can be ordered now). I did not include those in my supply list below because all packs are being changed due to the color revamp and those item numbers aren’t ready for sharing just yet. I’ll share the Color Coach PDFs just as soon as we get the approval to share them.
I haven’t forgotten that I promised my OnStage recap this week and it is still coming. Stay tuned!

At OnStage this past weekend, they gave us a sneak peak of both the April and the May kit. It’s too late to get the April kit, but you still have time to get May.
