Today I’m sharing a brand new product that became available August 1st and will be available only through the end of the month (or while supplies last). It’s so exciting when we get these special limited-time releases. This stamp set has a variety of images and sentiments that will carry you through the year. We’ve got flowers, holly, and Fall leaves.
Since Fall is right around the corner, my first card naturally used the Fall leaves. To make the leaves, I stamped them in Early Espresso and then sponged the Curry and Mango colors onto the leaves. There is also just a hint of the darker brown sprinkled on top. This stamp set has a coordinating set of dies, but the dies don’t actually cut out this set of leaves so I had to hand cut them out.
The card base, which you actually can’t see here with the card closed is Cajun Craze, which is a lovely orange-y rust color. The Nature’s Poem pattern paper coordinates so well with the Fall leaves in the stamp. And of course I can’t have a card without a bit of bling and the Gold Glimmer strip of paper is perfect for this.
