For my son's graduation, I wanted to make something special and "cool". And, I have a weakness for Martha Stewart cakes. They also look so amazing and she says that anyone can make them. Well, that's true, but I've found that her cakes are usually very time consuming. BUT, they are always AMAZINGLY yummy!
I saw the recipe for her chocolate chip cookie cake in the July magazine last year and I've now made it several times. This recipe calls for 8 dozen cookies, heavy cream, and marscapone. Wow!
Yep, it taste even better than it looks.
